For a one-off payment of £59.99, we offer a Service Care package that includes a return box with courier pick-up, inspection, cleaning, and diagnosis of any repairs, and return courier. In the event that your bike is diagnosed as needing work required, we will provide a no obligation estimate. Work required is charged at £30 per hour labour plus parts. This offer is designed to ensure that you continue to enjoy your eelo bike.

The brushless 250W Motor and eelo's Intelligent Controller gives you the most responsive and energy efficient ride experience. All eelo e-bikes can comfortably take you up any hill and make riding easy against strong winds. To ensure safety and reliability all cabling and electronic components are fully waterproof.

Battery

For the added protection of your electric bicycle, eelo e-bikes are equipped with an advanced battery management system. The e-BMS intelligently monitors and protects your battery and motor to prevent damage caused by overstrain.
